2. Affiliation for Teachers
2.1. Teachers interested in offering courses on the platform may apply for affiliation. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliation applications at our discretion.
2.2. Affiliated teachers agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their qualifications, expertise, and course offerings.
2.3. Affiliated teachers retain intellectual property rights to their course content but grant the platform a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute their courses to enrolled students.
2.4 All proceeds from the course content shall be retained by the host and distributed as per the commitment.
3. Enrollment for Students
3.1. Students may enroll in courses offered on the platform by affiliated teachers. By enrolling in a course, you agree to abide by any additional terms and conditions specified by the teacher.
3.2. Students are responsible for ensuring that they meet any prerequisites or requirements specified for a course before enrolling.
4. Course Content
4.1. The platform endeavors to provide accurate and reliable course content, but we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose.
4.2. Affiliated teachers are responsible for ensuring that their course content complies with applicable laws and regulations and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Users of the platform agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
5.2. You agree not to use the platform to engage in any unlawful, offensive, or harmful activities, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or the dissemination of inappropriate content.
6. Termination
6.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms and conditions.
6.2. Upon termination, your access to any courses or other platform features may be revoked, and any remaining account balance or course progress may be forfeited.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.
7.2. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, for access to the platform.
