Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange of course. To be eligible for a return, your educational course must be unused.

- Refunds are not applicable for courses used.

- Provide your order number, refund reason, and any supporting documentation.
- Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Valid requests meeting the timeframe will be approved and processed within 3 business days.
- Refund Amount:
- The refund amount is 70% of the purchase price, with the remaining 30% non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
- Payment Method:
- Refunds will use the original payment method.
- If unavailable, an alternative method may be used.
- Ownership of Course Materials:
- IIDR owns all course materials and reserves the rights over their use.
- Use of IIDR content is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes only.
