About the Speaker
Dr. Sayali Deolikar is an Assistant Professor at Dr. D.Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital, Pimpri, Pune, specializing in Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry. She completed her MDS from Bharti Vidyapeeth Dental College, Navi Mumbai, and BDS from Sinhgad Dental College, Pune.
She has wide-ranging clinical expertise in managing children from infancy through adolescence, with skills in behavior management, pulp and restorative therapies, crown placement, trauma care, preventive strategies, and advanced endodontic procedures. Alongside her clinical practice, she actively promotes oral health awareness, preventive care, and habit correction in children.
Dr. Deolikar has authored multiple publications in reputed journals, guided student research projects, and led staff research initiatives. She has presented papers, posters, and table clinics at national conferences on topics such as green dentistry, ozone therapy, and conscious sedation.
Combining her roles as clinician, researcher, and teacher, she is committed to advancing child-focused dental care and shaping future dental professionals through education, mentorship, and evidence-based practice.
