About the Speaker
Dr. Juhi Puri is an accomplished Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, academician, and medicolegal consultant with a unique multidisciplinary background spanning clinical dentistry, healthcare management, and legal studies. She holds an MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, is pursuing LL.B., and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (PGDHHM), along with fellowships in Cleft & Craniofacial Surgery (FCLPS) and Forensic Odontology (FFO). She has also earned certification as a Medicolegal Consultant, reflecting her expertise at the intersection of dentistry and law.
Currently, Dr. Puri serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and is the Owner & Director of House of Health, Mumbai. She is also the Co-Founder of AcademiQ: The Dental Hub, where she actively contributes to dental education, mentoring, and continuing professional development. With extensive teaching experience, she is passionate about empowering clinicians with practical, evidence-based knowledge that enhances both clinical excellence and professional responsibility.
An active researcher and speaker, Dr. Puri has authored numerous scientific publications and has delivered lectures and workshops on oral surgery, medical emergencies, implantology, and the medico-legal aspects of dentistry. Her distinctive combination of surgical expertise and legal insight enables her to simplify complex medico-legal concepts, helping dental professionals build safer, more ethical, and legally compliant clinical practices.
