Dr.Amrita Das
Dr. Amrita Das, is a Periodontist and Implantologist with an impressive blend of academic, clinical, and research achievements. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Pacific Dental College and Hospital, Udaipur, between 2012 and 2017, and went on to complete her Master of Dental Surgery from Maharaja Global Vinayak University, Jaipur, from 2018 to 2021.
Currently, Dr. Das serves as a Lecturer at Saraswati Dhanwantari Dental College and Hospital, Parbhani, and has previously worked at Dr. HSRSM Dental College, Hingoli. Her academic contributions include authoring textbooks, securing multiple patents for innovative dental devices, and publishing three research papers in reputed journals, including the Journal of Pharmacy and Bioallied Sciences.
She is actively involved in national and international conferences, symposiums, and webinars, sharing her expertise with peers and students alike. Beyond her academic and clinical roles, Dr. Das has a strong passion for medical writing, research, and community education, consistently working to advance both patient care and dental science. We are privileged to have her with us today to share her valuable insights and experiences.
Dr. Somya Tiwari
Dr. Somya Tiwari, MDS (Periodontology & Implantology), is a dedicated Periodontist and Implantologist with expertise in advanced periodontal surgeries, regenerative procedures, laser-assisted dentistry, and implant therapy. She completed her Master of Dental Surgery in Periodontology & Implantology from the Institute of Dental Sciences, Bareilly, and has developed strong clinical proficiency in procedures such as Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR), PAOO (Periodontally Accelerated Osteogenic Orthodontics), mucogingival surgeries, ridge preservation, and peri-implantitis management.
Passionate about evidence-based dentistry and patient-centered care, Dr. Tiwari has received specialized training in Laser Dentistry, GBR and Ridge Augmentation, PAOO, and microsurgical suturing techniques. Her clinical interests focus on minimally invasive periodontal therapies, regenerative approaches, and interdisciplinary treatment planning aimed at improving both oral health and patient outcomes.
An active contributor to academic research, Dr. Tiwari has authored multiple publications in reputed dental journals and has conducted research on periodontal health, wound healing, and innovative treatment modalities. Through her clinical practice, research, and continuing education efforts, she remains committed to advancing the field of periodontology and implant dentistry while delivering comprehensive and compassionate patient care.
