About the Speaker
Dr. Lakshmi Thribhuvanan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry at DY Patil Dental College and Hospital, Pune, Maharashtra. She completed her MDS from the prestigious Royal Dental College, Palakkad, Kerala.
She has 22 publications to her credit and one copyright filed, and is currently pursuing her PhD. Dr. Lakshmi has been an Organizing Committee Member for the International Conference on Dental and Oral Health, Istanbul, Turkey (2024).
Her academic excellence has been recognized with the 2nd Best Paper Award at the International Virtual Dental Education Conference 2.0 (VIDYEN) 2024, and the 3rd Prize in Photography at the ISPPD National PG Convention 2025.
Dr. Lakshmi is actively involved in multiple ongoing research projects focusing on special health care dentistry and pediatric patients, reflecting her strong commitment to evidence-based and inclusive dental care.
