The program is designed for both fresh graduates and experienced dentists joining a new clinic. It ensures that all team members are aligned with the clinic’s protocols, treatment standards, and digital systems, regardless of prior experience.

Will I receive hands-on training during the induction?

Yes. The program includes hands-on clinical shadowing, procedure simulations, and practice with real patients or models (as per clinic policy), in addition to theoretical and software training.

How long is the induction program and is there an assessment?

The duration typically ranges from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the clinic’s structure. The program concludes with an assessment or evaluation, which may include case discussions, software usage, or mock consultations to ensure clinical readiness.

Requirements

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent recognized degree
Valid registration/license with the State Dental Council or appropriate dental authority
Internship completion certificate
Basic proficiency in core dental procedures (e.g., restorations, RCTs, scaling, extractions)
Familiarity with sterilization and infection control practices
Willingness to follow clinic-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Basic computer skills for using dental software and charting
